lender or broker. Apex Personal Loans Store is a resource for
people seeking information about lending options. We try our best
to keep the data and terms current. However, because of
the changing financial market, along with the ever changing lender rules
and guidelines, the information about lenders and loan processes
may not always be current. Actual lenders will be able
to give you complete and accurate information regarding their
services and terms once you get to
their respective websites. We are not responsible
for lender decisions since we are simply an informational resource and are
not involved in the lending process. Inquiries about your application should be submitted to the
respective lender.
Your personal data is provided only to our lending partners
so that they may service your specific loan
request.

), we know the importance of earning and keeping your trust. That's why we
are committed to keeping any personal information you give us
accurate and secure. "Personal information" refers to any information that specifically
identifies you, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
To keep your personal information secure, Apex Personal
Loans Store has implemented electronic and procedural safeguards to restrict
access to your information. When you complete your profile online, your
request is sent to our lending partner's (i.e. America's Lending Partners) secure database and matched
through a proprietary software system to identify participating lenders
whose criteria match your profile. Lenders' criteria are based on such
factors as the state you live in, the type of loan, amount requested,
and your self-stated information, among others. America's Lending Partners does not
request or obtain any third party information such as
credit reports, appraisals, title reports, etc. In certain
circumstances, America's Lending Partners may not be able to find a suitable
match for your loan request. In these rare cases, they will make every
reasonable effort to notify you of the situation promptly.
Once your loan request has been matched, the lenders will
contact you directly within three (3) to five (5) business days,
usually sooner, to discuss your loan options with you. At no time
will Apex Personal Loans Store know the status of the lenders'
offers nor will we receive any data back from either you or the
lenders as to whether you've selected
a particular lender or loan
program.
By using the Apex Personal Loans Store
service offered to you, you are agreeing to the terms,
conditions, and notices contained herein. By selecting "Submit Loan
Request" on the application for, you are authorizing up to four (4)
of America's Lending Partners' licensed, mortgage lending partners to contact you by telephone, even
if you are on the 'Do Not Call' list, to complete your
loan matching request. In addition, you agree that America's Lending Partners' or
its affiliates may send you email containing information about loans
or other products that may be of use to
homeowners.
